6. What happens
when you get an offer?

7. Do you have
to get a home inspection?
The buyer
determines whether or not he or she wants to have your home inspected,

any problems. It is customary to allow at least 3 hours for the
inspection.

8. Who's responsibility
is title insurance?

10. What happens
at closing?
On the day of closing, your home is legally
transferred to the buyer. The buyer and agent may do a final walk
through either the day before, or day of closing. When the contract
is signed, you have sold your home.
